- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ capsicum, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp peas
- 3 boiled potato, mashed
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
For sandwich:
- bread
- Butter
- green chutney
- cheese
- tomato sauce
How to make Aloo Cheese Toast Sandwich
- Firstly, in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil. Splutter 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp mustard, pinch hing and few curry leaves.
- Add 2 chilli, ½ inch ginger and saute well.
- Also, add ½ onion and saute until the onions soften slightly.
- Further add ½ turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
- Add in ½ capsicum, 3 tbsp peas and saute for a minute.
- Add 3 boiled potatoes, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp cumin powder and mix well.
- add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well. Aloo masala stuffing is ready.
- To prepare the sandwiches, spread butter on 2 slices of bread.
- Also, spread green chutney on one side of bread.
- Top with aloo stuffing and cheese.
- Now add tomato sauce and cover with the bread slice.
